ABOUT US

Our heritage belongs with the land, sheep, cattle, forestry and goat harvesting. Tough times led to the need for diversification. This led to an involvement in the forestry industry, that is harvesting of broom-bush (brush fences), logging and the production of cypress posts for vineyards. Nicholsons of Nymagee was born out of these ventures.

Since then, Nicholsons of Nymagee has had a major involvement with Aurelia Metals, Manuka Resources, Peel Mining, Cadia Group, Soil Conservation Service, National Parks and Cobar Shire Council.

In addition, various rural projects for local landholders are carried out simultaneously. These include land rehabilitation, tank sinking, road construction, fence clearing, and general freight services.​

Glenwood remains the cornerstone of Nicholsons of Nymagee. Over time, we have expanded our land holdings to include Woorara, Yarroma, and Meryula.
